Dark Energy: The Necessity of a Multi-tracer Strategy
Presented by Phillip Bull
Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology

Monday, November 9, 2015

Abstract
In this talk, I argue that forthcoming cosmological surveys run the risk of not being able to say anything interesting about dark energy. To remedy this situation, I explain how a multi-survey, multi-tracer strategy can be used to explore otherwise inaccessible physical regimes and improve precision on key parameters, significantly improving our chances of catching vital clues about the physics of cosmic acceleration.
